KWAZULU NATAL
NATUREHluhluwe-iMfolozi Park
The reserve that helped save the white rhino
Hluhluwe-iMfolozi is one of South Africa's oldest conservation areas and is globally important for white rhino conservation. Rolling hills and acacia bushveld make it visually different from Kruger, and its history in wildlife protection gives it exceptional significance beyond the safari itself. It remains one of KwaZulu-Natal's strongest wildlife destinations.
