Boulders Beach near Simon's Town is one of the easiest places on Earth to see African penguins at close range. Boardwalks protect the colony while giving visitors excellent views of the birds nesting among granite boulders and coastal shrubs. It is one of the Cape Peninsula's most popular family-friendly stops.
